Selection procedure

If you are interested in any of the offered positions, please send us your structured CV and cover letter. If your professional profile corresponds with the position requirements, you will be short-listed and invited for an interview within about 14 days from the date of sending us your CV. Otherwise, we will inform you by telephone, e-mail or a letter that you have not been short-listed.

Depending on the nature of the respective position, interviews with two or more candidates take place, potentially in co-operation with a specialised selection centre. A representative of the HR Department and the person to whom the position reports will be present as well. Interviews take place within 2 to 4 weeks' time. Each of the participating candidates is informed about the outcome immediately upon completion of the selection procedure. Offers are presented to the most suitable candidates.

The specialised selection centre is a method used for assessing knowledge, capabilities and personal qualities with respect to a particular position. For example, the following methods are used:

  • psychological tests
  • group discussions
  • managerial exercises in small groups
  • resolving simulated situations
